View your processes in real time, manage your data in real time, make your decisions in real time!

Generate Reports
Prepare management and customer-ready quality, production, and process reports. Scrap analysis,job costing, downtime, shift, and other reports are provided.Customized reports can be created. An interface with other report generators (such as Seagate Crystal Reports®) is included.

Analyze Data
Compare product quality in relation to process changes to determine the cause(s) of scrap and downtime. Create a real-time moment-by-moment comparison of process events to production results to help identify the cause(s) of compromised product quality.

View the Status of Each Process in Real Time
•View a real-time overview of the production conditions. Track actual production rates, material usage, and labor expenditure. Estimate the completion time and the cost of an order.
•Monitor process-measured and product-measured values in real time. Link ad hoc trend charts to received data.

Implement Data Archiving and Reporting
Raw data and finished reports are archived in a central database. Data can be transported to other applications (eg, Access,Excel) or to other data analysis programs for more detailed analysis. Reports can be reprinted whenever they are needed. This feature precludes plant-floor printing of reports.
